At MetaFurs, we want to ensure that you have a smooth and transparent shopping experience from start to finish! Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process, so you’re fully informed before placing your order.
1. General Shipping Information
We offer international shipping, with the following guidelines:
• U.S. Customers: Orders over $150 within the USA qualify for free shipping.
• International: Customers outside the U.S. will be responsible for covering shipping costs as well as any applicable import taxes and duties.
• Shipping Times: After placing your order, products typically take about 1.5 to 2 days to enter the manufacturing phase. Since our items are made-to-order, production time is included in the total shipping estimate. You can expect delivery in the following time frames:
- USA: 2 to 5 weeks
- International: 4 to 6 weeks, depending on your location and customs processes.
Please note, these are estimated time frames and may vary slightly depending on the product, and destination.
2. Made-to-Order Process
Since all our apparel is custom-made to your order, once your order enters the manufacturing phase (typically within 1.5 to 2 days of purchase), it cannot be canceled. We encourage you to double-check your product selections before completing your purchase.
• If you need to modify or cancel your order before it enters production, do not hesitate and contact us immediately by emailing email.us@vhhess.com with the subject line “IMPORTANT CANCEL”. We’ll do our best to assist you before the manufacturing process begins.
3. Sizing & Carbon Footprint Considerations
We value sustainability and reducing our carbon footprint. One way you can help minimize unnecessary returns (and extra shipping) is by making sure you order the correct size the first time.
We recommend reviewing the Sizing Page to verify the right fit for you. If you’re unsure, consider ordering a size up just to be safe! This way, you avoid the hassle of returns, and we can all contribute to fewer emissions by reducing shipping trips. Every bit helps the planet!
4. International Shipping & Duties
For customers outside the USA, please be aware that in addition to shipping costs, you may also be subject to import taxes, duties, and fees as required by your country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and will be calculated by your local customs authority upon arrival.
• International delivery may take 4 to 6 weeks due to potential customs delays. We appreciate your patience as we work with carriers to get your product to you as efficiently as possible.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can keep an eye on its progress. Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear, especially for international orders.

While we strive to meet the estimated shipping times provided, unforeseen delays can sometimes occur due to factors beyond our control, such as:
